Breather Solutions

This firring was designed for OEM 2JZ-GTE and 2JZ-GE valve covers for converting the intake side PCV port to -12AN. This fitting replaces the factory PCV valve and is a simple swap.

This is especially useful because of the challenge of welding fittings onto the OEM valve covers, which is common on the 2JZ-GTE, but not so common on the 2JZ-GE some of which are made from magnesium based alloys. By using this fitting we are able to avoid any welding at all.

Applications

This fitting works on all 2JZ engines that employ a grommet-style PCV valve. This covers most 2JZ engines including:

• 2JZ-GTE non-VVT-i
• 2JZ-GTE VVTi
• 2JZ-GE non-VVT-i
• 2JZ-GE VVT-i

Anodized Aluminum

This fitting is CNC machined from billet 6061 aluminum and anodized black.

Enhanced Corrosion Resistance: Anodizing creates a thick oxide layer on the surface of the aluminum, which significantly improves its resistance to corrosion and wear. This is particularly beneficial in harsh environments where fittings are exposed to moisture, chemicals, or salt.

Improved Aesthetic Appeal and Durability: The black dye applied during the anodizing process not only gives the fittings a sleek and professional appearance but also ensures that the color is more durable and resistant to fading, scratching, and chipping compared to traditional paint or coatings.

Pair with the exhaust side fitting
