Introducing a completely new and improved design over OEM blocks that promises to take the most popular sport compact platform in the world to the next level!
Designed from a clean slate approach the Iron Eagle block has addressed the shortcomings of the Toyota 2JZ platform and is the ideal candidate for hot rodders, drag racers, time attack competitors, drifters, and high performance street enthusiasts.
Based off the ever so popular OEM Toyota 2JZ engine platform, Dart has taken a proven engine block, and made it even better. Revising the main caps from the 2 bolt cap design, to a 4 bolt cap design on 1-6 caps. Dart has increased the crankcase strength, providing a block that will work in 2000HP+ applications. We did not stop there, we revised and increased the cylinder wall, block deck, and outer case wall thicknesses, to help eliminate any failures under high boost applications.

This is Brian Crowers HD Rod for the 2JZ. This rod utilizes the ARP 2000 Rod bolts where the BC6309HD part number utilizes the ARP 625+ Rod Bolts. This rod bridges the gap between the two.

CP Pistons is one of the most trusted names in the industry, and for good reason. Their extensive shelf catalog provides the user with many of the options that you'd normally be resigned to going to a custom piston for. Their standard offering already includes Dual Pin Oilers - providing double the amount of oil to the wrist pin, radiused valve relifs, and the pin fitting final hone on the wrist pin bore. They even include an Accumulator Groove as a standard option. This provides a small pocket for the combustion gasses to collect after the first ring, reducing ring flutter and providing a better seal allowing more downward force on the piston A.K.A. - make more power. All pistons come balanced within one gram, include pin lock grooves and wrist pins at no additional charge.

This unique polymer coating is applied over King’s pMaxBlack overlay at the King factory during the bearing manufacturing process. King’s pMaxKote contains ceramic nano-composite particles that function as a fourth layer to enhance wear resistance. pMaxKote does not change the bearing’s original precision wall thickness and adds no additional thickness.
